How do I add the service account?<[email protected]>

This
time we identifed that the issue was that the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK
account must be added as a service account to the ProjectServer shared
services site (ie through Sharepoint Central).

How do I add the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK account; could you please give me the steps
