How Do I adjust double line walls to print to scale?

When I use single line drawing 1/4 scale, It prints exactly to scale but when
I draw with double lines the scale is off. The longer the wall the more
incorrect it is. If I draw a 10' wall it appears okay but when I draw a 60'
wall it's 2-3 feet off. Can I adjust this? If so. How?
