How do I adjust fonts to fit on the lines of stationary?

After typing several lines the alignment of text begins to move off the line
of the stationary. How can I adjust this to keep on the lines?

You really can't very easily. The lines are there for handwriting -- I
generally turn them off when I'm typing.
