How do I adjust Outlook 2000 spam settings?

I recently installed SP2, and now I have email showing up in a SPAM folder.
I'm not sure how or why. A couple of the senders I like, others I too
consider SPAM. I also get messages that I consider SPAM anyway. How can I
add those senders to my SPAM penalty box? Thank you for any help.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook (there are several
starting microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about Table and Database Design in Access,
the database product that's part of Office Professional.
