How Do I Adjust the display settings of discussion posts

I'm using FrontPage 98 and recently added a discussion
group area to my website. My question is how do I adjust
the display properties (font size, color, etc.) of
postings. Everything else seems to function as I want it
to; but when you click on a topic and it is diplayed, the
displayed posting doesn't look as i'd want it to. Where do
I go to make these needed changes.

I've included my websit address below. Access the
dicussion area by clicking on the blue button on the left
marked 'SFO Network'.

Since the post pages are generated by the server all you can do is apply a theme to the DW subweb
