How do I align sheet of names with labels?

I have typed out a page of names for a mailing list. When I try to aleign
with the labels, they do not fall within the perameters of the label

If this is an InfoPath question, you can use a Layout Table (with as many
rows and columns you want) to align labels and fields. If this is not an
InfoPath question, please re-post your question in the proper newsgroup.
