how do I align text at 45 degrees

On diagrams i need simple headings and they need to be at different angles at
times
Can some one help - I'm not too literate computor wise

The only way to rotate text in Word other than 90 degrees right or left (in
a text box, table cell, or frame) is to use WordArt.
