How do I allow an automated message to be sent more than once?

I have a rule setup that sends an automated reply when someone sends to a
distrobution group. This is a pretty simple set-up that basicly just sends a
notice that the customer will be recieving an invoice for thier order. My
problem is that some customers will have multiple invoice requests and
Outlook will only reply once per session. How do I enable the rule to reply
multiple times?
