How do I allow emails from a specific sender.

I am trying to receive an email from a specific sender, but it never comes
through. When she sends me an email she gets a respones that my mailbox is
full, but I am not having trouble receiving emails, only from this sender. I
added her to my contact list and also added her into the Recipient Policies
but nothing works. Help.

That error is a server error, not an outlook error. You'll need to speak
with the email admin to see why it's rejecting email with that apparently
bogus reason.
