How do I allow embededed url's?

I use Outlook XP and upgraded to IE7. After all the updates, I now get url's
blocked from everyone. How do I turn off url and potentially unsafe url's
from being blocked entirely?

Blocked in what way? Are these typed URLs?
What happens when you click on them?

There is a yellow bar at the top of the message. I saved a bmp of my screen
but I can't paste it here. It says "Outlook blocked access to the following
potentially unsafe attachments: http--www.youtube.com-watch-v=xHWTLA8WecI.url
I can't click on it, copy it, anything.
Do you know what I mean? How to allow these url?

It's not a safe way to share URLs this way. Typed URLs are the recommended
way to go. Instruct the senders to use these instead in the future.

Thank you for the reply and the warning.
I looked at the Outlook support page. I won't alter my registry now, but
appreciate you sharing this. I'll live without this url for now. However, I
would think my antivirus would catch a virus coming in as an attachment.
Maybe not? That's why I will learn more before altering th registry.

With today's fast spread of viruses it could be that you receive the virus
before your virus scanner has been updated ;-)
