how do i allow my visitors submit blogs

I have used front page to help me with the html needed to create a site that
allows folk to create blogs, however i am unable to work out how to make the
submit button work. What html do i need to make the information supplied
appear on my site in the form of blogs. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

A blog is usually something that is written by you and then users are allowed
(possibly) to reply / comment on your thoughts / posts. I was not aware that
FP had a blog bot.

Are you using possibly Wordpress or Blogger or another one of those blogging
programs?

also, If I recall correctly that "blog" thing in FrontPage was a SharePoint
package feature.
