How do I alpha-sort bullet point items?

While writing a presentation I collect terms, which appear in no specific
order. I'd like to alphabetize these, but cannot find a Sort function in PPT
07. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks,

There's no sort in PowerPoint but you can copy paste the test into Word ,
sort and paste back. Does that help?

Yes, it confirms what I had suspected, and it's a functional workaround.

Maybe someone at MS will see the need to include this in the next version :)
