How do I alphabetize information entered in a visio diagram

I need to alphabetize the fiels I have entered in a visio diagram. Tried to
copy and paste in word and excel but it will not do it within the diagram. if
I move it out, it will. But once the data is converted back in to visio
diagram, it reverts to the original format. Any ideas?
