How do I anchor an object permanently in WORD 2007?

I need to make an object (actually a "group" including a text box and
picture) permanently anchored in its location. Others will be using this
file and freak if the object moves when they are typing or if they accidently
move it.

Change the group's Picture Layout settings to Square, then Advanced and clear
the box for Move Object with Text. You may need to adjust the images position
and its size to get the desired affect.
