How do I apply a view to all Outlook 2002 folders?

I would like my custom view to apply to all my email folders in Outlook. I
have followed the directions given in the other questions on the subject (I
used the cleanviews command and then made my changes) but my modifications
(column widths and fields) still don't appear in all my folders.
Could this be because I'm using Outlook 2002 rather than 2003? And is there
any way to effect the global changes I want with Outlook 2002? (Our whole
company uses this version, so it's not really feasible to update.)
