how do I apply strikethrough in Publisher?

I can't find anything about applying strikethrough to selected text in
Publisher. Any ideas?

Just manually add a line.

Click the "Line" button in your left pane
and left click drag it where you need it.

To adjust the position of the line...left
click/select it and nudge it with your
arrow keys.
