How do I archive all folders to save and move

How do I archive all email folders to save. I am on a laptop and it is a real
problem because all my email takes up space. I have family pics and things
that I don't download just leave on email. THanks

Archive in what fashion? Do you want to delete old items and keep newer or
simple dump all messages and keep them elsewhere for later use if you want
them? For either, you can simply copy your PST file to some offline medium
and then remove it from your hard drive. If you want Outlook to work
properly after cleaning, then you need to take a little more care. Describe
exactly what you wish to do.
