The email client on the receiving side should be able to automatically
handle multipart messages. What is the client on the receiving side?

What version of Outlook? As far as I recall, only the long-dead Outlook
2000 IMO mode may have done that, but I can't recall if it did or not. I do
know that Outlook Express can do that, so please click Help>About and state
which program and version you're using. If you find you're using Outlook
Express, you should ask in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general in the
future. To stop Outlook Express from splitting messages, click
Tools>Account. On the Mail tab, select yiour account and click Properties.
On the Advanced tab, uncheck the box labeled "Break apart messages larger
than".
