How do I assign a hyperlink to a report field in Access?

I want to format a field in a report as a hyperlink so that when exported to
Word or Excel the user can click to go to a Web page. The link is going to
include a value from another field.

I've tried every option given in the help screens and even a couple I came
up with on my own and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
