How do I assign Nicknames or Account Numbers to ACCOUNTS?

I would like to be able to assign a Nickname, which would actually be a
unique account number, to identify my different ACCOUNTS in Outlook Business
Contact Manager. I am a lawyer and I use ACCOUNTS to identify my case files.
I would like the Nickname/Account Number field to be the first one on the
Account data entry screen, and would like it to display and to sort by it.

Is this possible with Outlook?
