How do I attach a CSS to my Publisher 2007 website?

I'm using MS FrontPage 2002, and I want to migrate my website over to MS
Publisher 2007 if it's possible. I don't see anything in Publisher 2007 about
attaching a CSS to a newly-created website...

that's because Publisher is not anything like FP, and it's not an html
editor...you can't edit the code directly.
you're better off staying with FP.

You can't import into Publisher and as Rob says, you would be much better
off staying with FrontPage in my opinion.
