How do I attach a pdf to a record in access?

I've been looking for a template for Access 2007, that will organize my MSDS
collection. My binders are getting too big to search when a new MSDS comes
in. I want to be able to scan them into this DB and be able to hide the old
one (archive) when a newer one is released. I also need the function to
create a table of contents for the binders I make, for ease of locating hard
copies to replace. There is software out there but it costs thousands of
dollars and is way too involved for simple indexing and TOC. I have no
experience with coding in Access, that is why I'm looking for an already
created template. These MSDS only need to be able to be sorted by Product
Name, Manufacturer, and Location (Where products are used or stored)

Any Help would be appreciated!

You won't find a template for organizing your Material Safety Data Sheets. I
provide help for Access applications for a modest fee. I could work with you
to build the MSDS database you want for a very reasonable fee. If you are
interested, email me at (e-mail address removed).

Looks like I missed one
