As far as I know, this can only be done if you first create a compressed ZIP
file for the folder.
If you are using a recent version of Windows, you can right-click any file
or folder and choose Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder; a ZIP file is
then created.
The recipient will then have to unzip the sent file.
