how do I attach an Excel worksheet to an outlook mail?

I have spreadsheet with data broken down into worksheets. I want to send each
worksheet to relevent colleagues but am only able to send the whole
spreadsheet.
Is it possible to send a worksheet via Outlook so that the recipient is able
to edit the worksheet?
