how do i auto copy an incomming e-mail to a personal folder

I recieve about 30 e-mails a day. Can i program outlook to automaticaly copy
an incomming e-mail to a particular personal folder so i can read my e-mail
and the instantly delete it from the server knowing i allready have a copy.
