How do I auto forward a copy of all incoming emails?

These posts were very helpful and have addressed my problem but I don't
understand how to fix it. I need an auto forward copy of all incoming emails
outside of the organization. Per the posts I need to go into the Exchange
System Manager but what is that and how do I get there?
