How do I auto forward a copy of all incoming emails?

The posts were helpful but still not sure how to correct problem. I want to
auto forward a copy of all incoming emails outside of organization. What is
Exchange System Manager and how do I get there?

If you are not the administrator of the Microsoft Exchange Server, you go
ask your IT people to ask them do it for you.

If you are the server admin, then the Exchange newsgroup should be able to
help you with the exact commands.
