How do I automate the conversion of Access 2007 to 2003

I currently make a copy of a database through a batch file (DOS prompt). I'd
like to do something simliar but need to convert a 2007 Access database down
to a a 2003 version on a daily basis until we can convert all databases
linking to this one. If I can do it with a DOS prompt, that would be great.
Otherwise, VBA code would help.
