How do I automatically assign a task priority based on due date?

I would like to know if it is possible to create rules for tasks to
automatically define the priority based on the task description and the due
date. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.

Not natively, no. But if you have Visual Basic skills you might be able
to write an add-in that does it.
