How do I automatically delete VCards in Outloook?

I get dozens of email each week from people who I already have in my
Contacts. How do I strip their emails of the VCards so I can find emails
that have important attachments (NOT VCards) at a glance? There's gotta be a
way to automatically delete VCards, you'd think. Help please.
