Does anyone know of a method in which I'd be able to automatically generate a
quote with the appropriate information filled in directly from the
Opportunities portion of Outlook with Business Contact Manager?
I currently have Act! 2006. After you enter all of pertinent information
into the opportunity form, there's a button to the right entitled, "quote".
If you hit that button, it pulls up the quote form with all of the
information filled in and all you have to do is print out.
However, I'd MUCH rather be working with Outlook, but it takes to much time
to enter the information, then open the quote form, re-enter the information,
save it, and then print it.
