How do I automatically insert a signature when using a template?

Multi-lingual worker

In Outlook 2003, I used to be able to have my signature automatically
inserted when opening an outlook e-mail template.

I had upgraded to Outlook 2007 recently and now this behavior seems to not
work. Is there a different setting?
