How do I avoid having to re-type address information for multiple.

I am spending a lot of time re-typing what already exists in other contact
files. There must be an easier way!!

Well, if you're talking about re-creating your Outlook contacts in BCM, just
drag and drop them. If you're talking about entering multiple contacts from
the same company, just use the Actions menu and select New Contact from Same
Company.
