How do I avoid my documents appearing as 1 page ones in print lay.

When I'm working on print layout view, Word show's only the first page. It
only prints the first page too. When I switch to normal, the document is
complete, but it still won't print. This happens to all new documents. Old
documents don't show this problem.

Go to Format | Columns, make sure "Whole document" is selected for "Apply
to," and click on the picture labeled One (even if it's already selected),
then OK.
