Hello,
We have having some issues on a few users' with delayed E-mails. We believe
this may be related to our Exchange migration because these users have been
with the company for years and are being affected, while new joiners or not
having this problem.
To start troubleshooting I would like to export all the user's E-mails to
PST file, delete the mailbox, re-create it from scratch and see if this
resolves the problem. However, one user has a large number of folders with a
different rules set up for each one. How do I back up these rule sets prior
to deleting the mailbox?
