Not worth chasing down but every single site I go to works just fine except
this one. For info I am visiting various sites about 5 hours per day for
years without a problem. its NOT my IE 8.

Nope. Skype is running but no special blocks. Other MS sites open.
This site actually opens a new IE screen but it remains blank.
I no longer desire to read the site but answer you for your info,

That was Avast not Skype sorry. Also note that I went to MS and searched
for "backing up a drive" and found the same URL listed. It came up blank.
Similar hits worked proper. Strange.

There seems to be something about early articles on this page http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/columns/archive.mspx
that IE8 doesn't handle correctly, other browsers render them, so I
passed the info along in the hopes that someone can fixe the issue.
