How do i back up outlook.pst without issue with cyclic redundancy.

I can not copy my outlook.pst file. Have tried copy, zip, and MS outlook
backup utility. Keep getting the message : Cannot copy outlook.pst. Data
Error (cyclic redundancy check)

You are copying with OL closed?
You've run the scanpst.exe checking tool?
If its merely for backup purposes you've looked at the free MS OL Backup
addin on the MS OL site?

Are you able to copy files of a similar size on your sys?
