How do I backup a set of linked files (i.e. Master/Subs)?

When I try to back up a set of 3 sibling Sub files which are linked with a
Master file, the backed up copy of files points back to the original files.
Each successive backup leaves an additional set of residual links back to the
originals. It is a big problem. Can anyone help? I would be eternally
grateful!!!

Thanks,
Tom Mc

Hi Tom

I use dynamic links ie network and plan name / path in predecessor id and
the only way ive found to do it that seems to work is to make sure all the
plans are closed and then copy the entire folder with all the plans in to
another directory. (you can then rename the folder and open up the plans and
the links point to the project files in that folder.

hope this helps
