How Do I Backup Data, Setting & Email account in Outlook 2003

I have to reformat my hard disk (or move my Outlook 2003 to another Family
Computer). I tried this in the past saving the large "outlook.pst" file and
found it saved most of the data, but I lost the setting and Email account
setup. What do I have to save to allow a complete reinstall of Outlook 2003
returning it to the previous state after reinstalling Outlook 2003 on my
freshly formatted hard disk or other family members computer without loosing
the setting and Email account setup information?

Besides backing up your pst-file also run the Save My Settings Wizard
