How do I backup Outlook 2003 data with setting for reinstall?

I need to reformat my hard disk and would like to save my complete Outlook
2003 setup including Email account information, configuration settings,
contacts, present saved email, tasks and calendar. What files other than
"outlook.pst" do I need to save for future reinstall? Is there a good, low
cost, reliable software package to automate this feature? Thanks. David in
Denver.
