Do your devices both support IRDA? Have you checked to see what you need to
do in the IRDA properties to beam an appointment?
For instance, on my Dell Axim, I canpress and hold on the appointment and
have the option to beam the appointment to another device or person. Have
you checked your documentation that came with each device for instruction?
It is a function of the device, not Outlook.
