How do I begin to learn Office 2003 and Office XP

Hello, How do I begin or where do I start to learn how to use either of the
Office products in the Subject Line. I am a Home Only computer user of about
three years now, disabled, and I do not know anything about how to use these
programs. I can not go to a school somewhere to learn how, and from what I
have learned so far, if a person is willing to do some reading, these
computers have a file you can read to learn how to work with the different
programing. I have not found it yet. I am getting pretty good at sending
and receiving email, I have trouble finding information on the Internet, and
I am just looking for a place to begin. I never was able to go to College
after High School (big mistake), so I have worked with my hands and my back.
Now at 50 yrs. old, nobody has any use for an old wore out cop, that's body
has just ground to a stop. You want to talk cop, I can talk about cop, but
we did not even have a radio away from the cars back then. I can build
things out of wood or metal, so I am not completely illiterate, but this
Office stuff has got my goat. I don't even know how to find out if anybody
will ever see this message. I don't know where to look!! If someone could
just Please, tell me where to start, I don't have anything else to do, and I
will start reading and see if I can figure this Office software out. Of
course, that is if I ever find this page again. I am checking the box below
"Notify me of replies", and I think I am supposed to put my email address in
the yellow high lighted box below. I clicked "About display names", but as
usual I got that lovely page "Page could not be found". I guess that also
means I may have a flood in my Inbox, but I need help and beggars can not be
choosers.
Thank You,
Danny Duncan
