How do I block unwanted messages that always have diff. domains?

Receiving unwanted messages concerning stock trading. Cannot reply (address
not found error). Messages getting perverted. I block all of them, but cannot
block the main sender. Each message is sent from a different domain (.net,
..co.za, etc). Does the FCC regulate these types of spam? Please, someone help
me!
