How do I break text across rows in a table?

I created a simple table in MS Word. I have the rows set to a fixed height
of .2" which is what I need. When I type text and the text gets to the end
of the row, I would like the text to continue on the next row instead of
within the same row. How do I accomplish this?

Word cannot do that automatically, you will need to use the tab key at the
appropriate point to move the insertion point into the next row.
