How do I bring back the Command Button Wizard in MS Access?

My Command Button Wizard has stopped firing. Does anyone know how to
re-activate it? It takes a lot longer to code the details behind the button
than to use the wizard.

Is the wizard button depressed on your toolbar? It must be selected before
you click an item from the toolbar.

From form design view, View, Toolbox, and toggle the button with the wand and
stars.
