How do I bring clip art 'forward'? I can't select it

I inserted a clip art and formatted the LAYOUT to be 'behind text'. Now I
can't select it. How can I get to the image; bring it forward; delete it?

On the Drawing toolbar, click on the Select Objects tool (big white arrow at
the left end). This will allow you to select drawing objects without
touching text.
