How do I browse the files on my PC from within Outlook?

I'm trying to figure out how to browse the files/directories on my PC from
within the Outlook Application Window - as opposed to using Windows Explorer?
Any help would be appreciated. (2nd request)

if you have Outlook 2003 (which you omitted to mention), then you can't.

Which I do. ARGGGGGGG!!!!!! I was thinking that that functionality was
removed, but wasn't certain. But I was also thinking that it might be a
registry thing.
