how do I build a music cd database in Access

I would like help in building a database of my music cd collection:

CD Title, Artist, Release date, Tracks.

Can you help?

Not sure where you looked. It is in Templates > Microsoft Office Programs >
Access > Health and Home

Named "music collection database".
