How do I bulk convert MS Works documents to Office 2007 format?

Is there a way of carrying out a bulk conversion of MS Works word processing
documents to MS Word 2007? Similarly, can Works spreadsheet files be bulk
converted to Excel 2007 format?

There maybe third party tools, but why would you want to? since you can open
the old files in 2007
