How do I bulk convert phone numbers from other to mobile in Contac

My Nokia phones synchronisation function converts all my mobile numbers from
my phone into "Other" numbers in my Outlook contacts- How can I overcome this
without changing each one individally which is time consuming with 250+
contacts?
